Where are you located?

Our main store is located at 121 W. Cascade Ave in the middle of downtown Sisters.  Sisters is at the foot of the “Three Sisters Mountains” in the high desert of Central Oregon. We are 20 miles northwest of Bend, Oregon and just over 100 miles east of Salem,  Albany, and Eugene, Oregon. We are open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

How can I order?

Call us directly at (541) 549-8191 or email at [email protected]. When emailing us, please include your name and a contact phone number.  We will then confidentially take all your credit card information over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Are all sales final?

We do not give refunds, but exchanges or store credit gladly within 30 days.  The exchanges or store credit must be accompanied with a receipt.  The store credit can be used at either one of our stores in town and never expires.  All sales are final on custom orders and sale items.

Not 100% sure?

We also offer a product take home option for those who may be on the fence about an item.  We confidentially take the credit card information, but don’t run the charge or put a hold on the account.  Instead, the product can be taken home and tried out.  If it works, call us up and we will run your card and email you a receipt.  If it doesn’t work, simply return the item and we return your information to you.  This way, the customer is 100% satisfied with no obligation!

Can you ship?

Yes!  If we cannot do the shipping ourselves, we will use our local shipper here in Sisters. The prices are varied for shipping, depending on the item size and the destination. If you would like for us to get a quote for you, please call or email with the product information and a ZIP code.  If there is ever a need to ship the product back to us, the customer will be responsible for those costs (e.g. exchanges).   Please use our physical address for UPS and FedEx shipping and our postal box for US Postal Service.
